HOW I GOT HERE

I WANTED TO DO *THAT*

 

At my first Personal Story Power Event in 2019, it wasn't just how Bo Eason spoke on stage, it was how he coached me. I had never been seen like that by a coach before. I left knowing exactly what I wanted to give people: that undeniable, authentic truththat pulls on the superpower you already own. Your personal truth.

So I went ALL IN. I found so many stories while searching for "the one" that I made a deal with myself and I finally wrote the book...IN 90 DAYS!

I wrote and self-published Be Weightless: Like Your Body Love Yourself. Then I had to learn to talk about it, so insead of a keynote, "My Body is My Home" came alive as a one- woman memoir show, and I took it on the road.

Was that the plan? No. Is it the plan you need?? Definitely not. It wasn't exactly the right plan for me. Or was it?? If it's your dream, it's the plan. If it sunds like fun but turns out to be not the best idea..there is a boatload of learnings (and stories) from it. Would I do it again?? In a heartbeat!
