Easy Recipes

I've always said it. Not much goes into planning, and I'm not much of a chef but when the ingredients are in hand, eating on plan, making it delicious , and fast is simple.

Here are 4 throw togethers that I am currently crushing on.

That dollop that you see on top is plain full fat greek yogurt. Eaten like this, they are not sweet, but this recipe is high in fibre & protein. You could add a little fruit , applesauce, whatever....syrup?? Maybe a touch of real maple :) Experiment. You could also use this recipe as "bread".

2 pieces of Ezekiel bread, smashed avocado, Himalayan salt, Roma tomatoes . Easy quick lunch. If you want a little more decadence sprinkle some toasted pumpkin seeds on top!

Experiment! Maple tempeh bacon is quite nice as the feature in this dinner salad. Use whatever vegetable you like for the grilled or sautéed vegetables. Only cook to tender crisp. Add Himilayan salt to taste as well .

Don't forget desert :) YUMMY! A long time ago, I was given these little silicone mini baking cups. They now have a purpose :)

Makes 10 cups

1. Melt 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil

2. Stir in 1 Tbsp Vegan Chocolate powder. (I use Shakeology)

3. Divide into 10 cups., Put in freezer for 5 minutes.

4. Spoon 1 tsp of natural PB in each cup. Put in freezer.

Repeat steps 1, 2, &3 Enjoy!!
