Chocolate Peanut Butter Pecan Cups/ Low Carb Recipe

This might be the EASIEST and Yummiest chocolates you ever make. Plant based, vegan & low carb, and they are sure to knock your socks off!! ( Do people still say that? )

Totally inspired by the 131 Method Kitchen 

What you will need :

  • Coconut oil
  • Natural Peanut Butter
  • Pecans
  • Plant Based Great Tasting Chocolate Protein Powder 
  • *more suggestions for chocolate at bottom of post

I recommend starting with 1/4 cup coconut oil to 1/2 scoop of powder and test the flavour. Everyone's palette is different. 1tsp of pb per cup is plenty 

Start by melting the coconut oil.

 

 

I’ve researched many different chocolate protein powders in 131 Method  approved quality, and flavour that tastes like chocolate. And I’ve come across 2 favorites for flavour

Genuine health & Vegan Chocolate Shakeology.

You could also use a combo of good cocao powder and stevia, or Lily's brand chocolate chips melted into the coconut oil.
