I know, it's not the prettiest picture...
I've never been given points for pretty food, but that's totally OK! I don't mind :)
Just a few ingredients and about 15-20 minutes and you have a DELICIOUS Vegetarian meal :)
Sauté the onions & Tempeh for about 10 minutes.
Add 1/2 can of Coconut milk (full fat)
2 tsp (or more ) of green curry
Coconut Aminos ( Soy alternative)
Salt & pepper to taste
Put over a bed of cooked spaghetti squash
That is all!! Enjoy!!
